The Entertainment Quarter boasts many specialty shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live entertainment, farmer's Markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays, two cinemas, adventure golf, ten pin bowling, a fantastic comedy store and many other fun activities for the whole family to partake in. The Entertainment Precinct is next to Fox Studios Australia, although Fox Studios' production studio is not open to the public. It opened in 1998 and many box office blockbusters have been filmed here, includingThe Matrix, Mission Impossible 2 and episodes 2 and 3 of the Star Wars films
