Getting Around SydneyBy Ferry
As a harbour city, Sydney has an extensive network of Ferries, Jetcats, and Rivercats. Most depart the
main terminal at Circular Quay. There are many different classes of fleets including the Manly Ferries,
Jetcats, Lady Class Ferries, Rivercats and the Catamarans. Ferries embark from the Circular Quay wharves
between the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. At the entrance to Wharf 4 is the Sydney Ferries Ticket
Office booth that has information about all ferry services including timetables and fares.
You can purchase special packages including the Zoopass (ferry cruise, bus ride and admission to Taronga
Zoo) and Aquarium Pass (ferry cruise and admission to Sydney Aquarium).
Special discounts are available if you purchase Travel Passes.
